Summary
The annual reports provide an opportunity to review and reflect on the status of fire safety in the Northwest Territories. Fire safety inspections, fire prevention efforts, fire investigations and other activities of community fire departments and the OFM are all integral components in evaluating where we are at and recognizing where we should strive to improve. The statistical data in this report helps to identify issues and trends which will inform our priorities in support of protecting our communities and residents moving forward.
