Ministerial Directive - Locum Tenens Contract

This Ministerial Directive requires that all Health and Social Services Authorities use the standardized Locum Tenens Contract (April 1, 2026) when physicians who are Locum Practitioners are required to provide medical services beginning April 1, 2026. This Directive also requires that all Health and Social Services Authorities pay Locum Practitioners based on the Locum Tenens Contract Fee Schedule (April 1, 2026).
